48-hour “By Phone Only” cancellation of appointments is required.

Please call and cancel two days prior to your appointment and you will not be charged for the session. Doing this will make it possible for us to offer the available time to someone else who may be in crisis or needing a short-notice appointment. By calling us in advance, we may also be able to reschedule your appointment for earlier or later in the week.

Illness or emergency-related cancellations are understandable and you will not be charged for a missed session due to these, though we may require proof to that effect.
